Chaperone | Assists with Trips and Monitoring of Band Members

 

To become a Level 1 or Level 2 chaperone please complete the following steps.

1) https://webapp.browardschools.com/sbbc_volunteer/VolunteerForm.aspx

2) Pick up your badge in the school office 3-4 days after applying online.

 

If you would like to apply for Level 2, complete Steps 1 & 2 then continue with the following:

3) Request Level 2 Clearance Paperwork from the WHS Front Office while picking up your Lvl.1 badge.

4) Complete and Return all paperwork to the office and they will send to the appropriate office.

5) Within 5-10 Business Days contact the office to check your status of approval.

6) If approved, you will be asked to get fingerprinted at the BCPS District Office and must make arrangements to (times will vary, so please call).

7) Upon fingerprinting, please let us know so we can follow up with the proper office.

8) You are all set to start volunteering!
