Budget & Fair Share Process

Families are all asked to contribute a Fair Share contribution to reach our budget. You can do it either in one (or both) of two ways:

• Giving money: by making a monetary donation in our online Store, which is tax deductible
• Raising money: by participating in fundraisers

Read about the details in the parent information form (linked above). To meet our budget, we need everyone to make their Fair Share contributions, whether by donating or fundraising!  No student will be turned away from band due to inability to pay or fundraise. Please reach out to Mr. Tracey or our Treasurer at treasurer@prideofthewildcats.com if you have any concerns or questions.

This is the tool that we are using for communication, for volunteering, for paying and tracking fundraising and Fair Share. Please join!

How to join BoosterHub

• Fill out the Parent Information Form!!
• Make sure your band student has filled out the Student Information Form!
• Make sure that each person as a different email address so that we can create different profiles in BoosterHub.
• Once we get and enter your information (may take a day or two- we are volunteers!), then you'll get an invitation from BoosterHub - be sure to add team@boosterhub.com to your safe sender list, otherwise check your spam or junk folders.
