Please be sure to pay this $115 balance for your marching band performer to attend the Orlando trip, scheduled for January 17 & 18, 2025. Balances are due by January 10th. This payment includes

• Bus transportation to and from Orlando
• Hotel accommodations
• Breakfast & Dinner for both days
• Park passes (2-day, multi-park passes with Epic Universe)

The total cost per student is $315, and the balance of $115 will be due January 10th, 2026. If you have questions about this trip, this deposit, the balance, or anything else, please reference this FAQ.

You can pay using Booster Credits - once you enter your email address you can apply any available Booster Credits. Please note that families are required to use Booster Credits for Fair Share *before* they can apply Booster Credits to this payment!

Note: if you prefer to pay with Zelle, please select "Pay Later" and then send a payment to the band with Zelle (Western.bandtreasurer@gmail.com). Be sure to indicate "Student Name/Orlando" in the memo.
